The Volunteer Engagement Coordinator supports the day-to-day coordination of The Hive Community Circle's volunteer program. Working under the supervision of the Community Education & Partnerships Manager, this position helps cultivate an engaging, organized, and mission-driven volunteer experience while ensuring volunteers are equipped to support The Hive's initiatives, programs, and services. This position provides opportunities to gain hands-on experience in nonprofit leadership, volunteer management, event coordination, and community engagement while helping strengthen The Hive's ecosystem of care.
