The Hive Community Circle is seeking an organized, relationship-focused, and mission-driven Community Engagement Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the organization’s volunteer engagement function and coordinate community outreach efforts. This role supports the full volunteer lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, placement, scheduling, engagement, development, and retention, while also coordinating community outreach, relationship-building, and in-kind resource engagement.

 

Working under the general direction of the CEO, the Community Engagement Manager exercises independent judgment within established organizational priorities, makes routine operational decisions, and identifies opportunities to strengthen The Hive’s volunteer and community engagement efforts.
